Mobilelink USA in Alexandria, LA, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and store operations. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding company programs.

This role requires 2+ years in retail sales management, recruiting and developing teams, and flexible hours including weekends. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to support multiple locations are a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Demonstrate leadership and coaching to inspire and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with District Manager support.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting store ambiance.
• Adhere to policies, complete trainings, and protect assets.
