Job summary

Louisiana Machinery Company, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Leesville, LA NAPA Auto Parts store, focusing on safety, sales growth, and exceptional customer service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, protect inventory, and drive profitability through strategic planning and frontline leadership.

You will collaborate with the district team to develop budgets, recruit and coach staff, and build long-lasting customer relationships while maintaining a clean, safe, and productive

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required; MVR must meet company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree is a plus.
• ASE parts certification preferred.
• Experience in heavy parts and service is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook.
• Capable of operating TAMS POS system and cataloging.
• Ability to process cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, self-motivated.
• Understanding of all retail store positions.
• Ability to meet quotas and KPIs.
• Sound decision making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Instill safety in all operations.
• Increase store sales, profits, and operational performance.
• Protect store inventory and assets.
• Collaborate with district manager on initiatives and budgets.
• Develop, update and execute annual budgets and action plans with district manager.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside sales reps and customers.
• Identify revenue opportunities and implement strategies.
• Ensure high level of customer service for retail and wholesale.
• Build and coach a store team to deliver results.
• Coordinate growth initiatives and track progress.
• Ensure merchandise is received and stocked promptly.
• Maintain safe, well-kept delivery vehicles and image.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
