Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Lead and participate in leadership training and development programs.
