You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing of associates.
• Achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the store leadership training program.
