Qualified candidates have 3+ years in retail management; thrift experience is a major plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to drive store performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in thrift or resale environment is a major plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong planning, organization and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managers and team members, enforce policies.
• Meet customer needs with a smile and prioritize customer service.
• Represent store in the community and act as liaison.
• Maintain records per policy and applicable laws.
• Ensure OSHA, EEOC and DOT compliance.
• Manage 30-40 staff and control budgets.
• Foster teamwork and positive work atmosphere.
• Address performance issues promptly with solutions.
