Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will mentor and coach a team, manage merchandising, and partner with district and regional leadership to execute company initiatives.

You will oversee day-to-day tasks, staffing, and performance, while upholding Burlington values and delivering strong results in a multi-million-dollar operation. A strong leader with integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing in partnership with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and inventory paperwork for accuracy.
• Lead as Manager on Duty (MOD); model Burlington SOPs and drive store performance.
