Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals by training and motivating sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain store conditions and oversee in-store promotions and displays.
• Uphold Daiso's presentation standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and build career paths for staff.
• Handle staff and customer issues (complaints, grievances).
• Manage inventory and loss prevention, including stock and shrink control.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing education.
• Create store schedules to meet demand while managing payroll targets.
• Assign schedules and responsibilities to associates and verify execution.
• Recruit, interview, hire, discipline and offboard underperforming staff.
