Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience; 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage and protect store assets.
• Direct and mentor sales staff; train in sales strategies.
• Monitor store performance, inventory, and expenses for profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Lead staffing decisions: recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Coordinate payroll and scheduling to meet labor targets.
• Partner with Asset Protection to prevent theft and reduce shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals.
• Implement marketing plans and stay aware of customer trends.
• Monitor competition and community events to seize opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as outlined in the manual.
