The role reports to the District Manager and requires strong leadership, cash handling, and a proven ability to manage staff and inventory effectively.

The Store Manager will recruit and develop talent, uphold company policies, coordinate merchandising and loans, and ensure asset protection while achieving financial goals.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Minimum 18 years of age (21 in WA)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to supervise others and manage staff
• Experience in people management and recruitment
• Entrepreneurial spirit with customer focus
• Cash handling experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to obtain firearms certification if needed

• Execute opening/closing procedures and cash handling
• Protect assets through inventory control and fraud prevention

• Assist customers and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor store metrics and drive profitability
• Maintain knowledge of products and store policies
• Collaborate with HR on progressive discipline as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
