Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes a leadership training program and a clear path toward General Manager, with ongoing development and support from our Panda community. Applicants should have a high school diploma and be willing to relocate within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified. ADA compliance and safety guidelines followed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the path from Store Manager to higher leadership via ongoing training and GM development.
