LOFT in Gloucester Township, NJ seeks a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences. You will drive a profitable business by focusing on service, store operations, visual standards, and community engagement.

You will coach a team, hire effectively, manage open/close, analyze reports, budget and payroll, and promote in-store events. This is a full-time role with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts.

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
