Job summary

MRT Lawn and Garden Center is seeking an in-store management leader to oversee sales, expenses, profits, assets, and staff development in Venice, FL and surrounding locations.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of retail management experience and a proven ability to delegate, train, and monitor progress while ensuring excellent customer service. Lifting 50 pounds and standing for 8–10 hours per shift are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years of prior retail management experience.
• Ability to delegate, train, and monitor progress of associates.
• Experience in hardware store, garden center, or home decor/apparel store is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk 8–10 hours.
