GameStop Corp. in Spring Hill is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and drive a strong sales culture. You will develop individualized guest solutions and promote outstanding service through professional conduct and product knowledge.

You will supervise a retail team, manage scheduling and payroll, oversee inventory and merchandising, and ensure a clean, engaging shopping environment while growing guest loyalty and omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions quickly and courteously, assist with video gaming needs, inform about promotions, and thank guests.
• Support the shopping environment, visual/operational elements, current promotions, and guest relationships that drive sales and loyalty.
• Process guest purchases/returns accurately using POS; ensure top-notch guest service.
• Respond to guest questions in person or by phone with professional greetings and courtesy.
• Promote GameStop benefits such as reservations, trade-ins, and Pro Rewards programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance before staff shifts; know policies, inventory control, and loss prevention.
