Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity and drive sales performance.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service; greet guests and address questions quickly and courteously.
• Promote store initiatives, merchandising, and guest loyalty programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop high-performing associates; ensure onboarding and training.
• Balance cash, process payroll, and maintain accurate POS closeout procedures.
• Supervise staffing, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure store safety, inventory control, and loss-prevention practices.
