Edikted is seeking a Store Manager for our Oakbrook Center Mall location. You will lead a high-energy team, drive sales, and ensure an inspiring customer experience across the store.

The role requires 2–3+ years in retail management, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You’ll oversee operations, merchandising, and loss prevention while collaborating with senior leadership to set strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail management experience.
• Passion for fashion, customer service, and team building.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with store management systems.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Performance Leadership – analyze sales trends, set goals, and motivate team to exceed targets.
• Team Development – hire, train, and develop a winning team.
• Customer Experience – create a welcoming on-brand shopping experience.
• Visual Merchandising & Operations – ensure store looks great and runs smoothly, from stock to displays.
