Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Texas to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure superior customer service across one or more Check 'N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations.

You will manage staff, handle cash, maintain compliance, and pursue profitability while delivering on company standards. This role requires strong leadership, cash-handling experience, and a dedication to community service in a fast-paced retail finance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and/or services to customers that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers, using active listening skills, to confirm or clarify information and diffuse customer complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations (DDO) and Corporate Office if unable to resolve the issue directly with the customer.
• Respond professionally and accurately to customers in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage a cash drawer and deposits; may be responsible for bank deposits or pickups.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
