Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Wisconsin. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. We offer 12+ weeks of store leadership training, progress through GO100, and promotion to General Manager with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexibility to work openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Effective verbal communication and calm under pressure.
• Experience in managing conflicts and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in 12+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for GM role and follow the GO100 certification pathway.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and lead the team according to Panda's standards.
