Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role starts with a strong leadership training track designed to prepare you for future General Manager responsibilities. We offer a 12+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and lead a team to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in the Store Management Leadership Training and GM development path for future promotions.
• Represent Panda during the 12+ week leadership training program and pursue growth to General Manager.
