Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role starts with leadership training and a clear path toward General Manager advancement.

Expect a structured 12+ week program, ongoing development, and opportunities across Panda's store network. This is a full-time on-site role in our Illinois location with strong support from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering guest experiences.
• You will lead the store to success and participate in the General Manager development path after completing training.
• You will undergo 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification preparation for future promotion.
