Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates, drive toward financial goals, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Our program starts with leadership training and a GM development path. After 12+ weeks of training and evaluations, you will be prepared for future promotion to General Manager, with ongoing development and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• External hires begin their Panda leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. This role is designed to prepare you for success as a future General Manager while providing a strong foundation in Panda's operations, culture, and leadership expectations.
