Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced store leader to manage a single Panda Express location in Lenexa, KS. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role starts your path toward General Manager with extensive leadership training, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package including meals, health coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50 mile radius.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and supervising associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example and uphold Panda’s standards of service, quality and safety.
• Participate in leadership development and training toward GM readiness.
