PrimoHoagies Corporate Owned is seeking a passionate Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, award-winning environment. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and uphold the brand's commitment to quality.

You’ll collaborate with corporate area managers, focusing on guest service, training, and compliance, with opportunities for advancement within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (training provided).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve concerns.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and KPIs.
• Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives.
