Job summary

PrimoHoagies is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and uphold the award-winning quality that has earned USA Today’s Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running. You’ll lead staffing, control inventory, ensure food safety, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership experience in restaurant or retail management, excellent communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant or retail management (fast-casual a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (We will train).
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation.
