You will lead staffing, training, coaching, inventory control, and safety standards, while delivering exceptional guest service, monitoring sales and KPIs, and collaborating with corporate area managers on marketing and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant or retail teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (training provided).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation.
