PrimoHoagies Corporate Owned is seeking a passionate Restaurant Store Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead daily operations and uphold the brand’s award-winning quality. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing, and partner with corporate teams to execute marketing and brand initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a commitment to food safety and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management.
• Strong communication and organization abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices; ServSafe preferred (training provided).
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction
• Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly
• Monitor sales, labor costs, profitability, and operational KPIs
• Partner with corporate area managers on marketing, compliance, and brand initiatives
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation

What You’ll Do
