Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead the store leadership development path and prepare for future GM promotion.
• Provide hands-on training and daily leadership to ensure store success.
