Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience expectations
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve store objectives
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
• Participate in multi-week store leadership training program and ongoing development
