Job summary

Couto Management, operator of Dunkin’ shops across Eastern Massachusetts, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, train staff and uphold brand standards.

You will supervise employees, complete weekly reports and safety assessments, ensure courteous service, prepare menu items per Dunkin specs, and take on projects assigned by Upper Management. Strong communication and ServSafe awareness preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in quick service retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Certified or willing to become certified in Dunkin Brands courses and ServSafe.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Able to meet Board of Health requirements and work under stress.
• Ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise employees.
• Complete weekly reports and safety assessments; maintain records.
• Ensure customers are served courteously, accurately, efficiently.
• Prepare food and beverages per Dunkin standards.
• Handle additional projects or duties from Upper Management.
