Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in fast-casual/high-volume food service.
• Natural problem-solver able to stay calm under pressure during peak times.
• People-first leadership with emphasis on feedback, empathy and team retention.
• Knowledge of basic P&L, labor scheduling, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a Coach: hire, train and mentor a high-energy crew to build a positive shift culture.
• Master the Rush: manage speed of service and product quality during peak morning/weekend periods.
• Manage Prime Costs: keep labor and food costs in line without sacrificing quality.
• Drive Store Standards: maintain food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation.
