Job summary

Hammer Made is seeking a full-time Store Manager for the Fashion Square Mall store in Scottsdale, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

The role requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for fashion. Competitive compensation includes a salary range with monthly bonus and commission opportunities and a clothing discount program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a retail manager.
• Experience in fashion/men’s apparel is a plus.
• Excellent selling and leadership abilities.
• Strong planning, budgeting and payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient processes.
• Control inventory and report trends to corporate partners.
• Train, coach and develop store staff including ASM and sales associates.
• Maintain store budgets and ordering procedures; oversee cash handling and deposits.
• Analyze sales and expense reports and drive sales performance.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and brand image.
• Collaborate with other locations and external partners.
• Lead loss prevention efforts and ensure safety and compliance.
• Hire, schedule and retain top talent; maximize staffing efficiency.
• Plan events and community connections to grow customer base.
