You will maximize profitability by achieving sales and productivity targets while collaborating with the Store Manager in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion and strong problem solving.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach a team; adapt to change and collaborate.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in social media, mobile devices and MS Office tools.
