Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Destin, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a stylish team and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to manage sales, payroll, expenses, and customer experience on the floor.

With at least 1 year of retail management, you will recruit, train, and coach up to 25 Stylists, maintain Windsor’s Visual Guidelines, and uphold integrity and brand standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25.
• Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening/closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a member of the sales-directing team and create an Oasis experience for customers.
• Support Store Manager in talent sourcing and onboarding to build a strong talent pool.
• Plan and organize daily operations to optimize store performance.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of respect and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to Windsor policies and Visual Guidelines while ensuring a neat store.
