Qualifications

• Bachelor? No, high school diploma required.
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and labor optimization.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through omni‑channel experience.
• Hire, develop and lead Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Oversee daily operations, visual standards and customer service.
• Monitor payroll, expenses and shrink, and manage store budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention and safety procedures.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandise presentation.
