You will foster brand loyalty with an omni channel Oasis experience, coach and onboard talent, organize daily operations, and promote Windsor values through respectful leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience with up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to onboard and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity, managing shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Lead the sales floor and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Coach and train stylists to deliver the Windsor Oasis customer experience.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines and brand standards.
