Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Improve customer service and sales
• Maintain community relations and resolve complaints
• Schedule staff and conduct meetings
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees
• Manage inventory and cash handling
• Ensure safety and loss prevention
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
