LOFT seeks a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences at our Atlanta store. You will drive profitable operations, coach a high-performing team, and maintain welcoming, inclusive service for customers and staff alike.

You will hire and develop talent, promote community engagement, and leverage technology for a seamless omnichannel experience. Strong leadership, hospitality mindset, and store metrics focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail Store Manager or service industry (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a POS system.
