Job summary

LOFT in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, driving profitability through exceptional service, operational performance, and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Develop strategies and action plans to drive results.
• Organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
