Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Edina, MN to lead the sales floor and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will build client relationships, work toward sales and profit goals, and collaborate with the General Manager to support day-to-day store operations and team development.

You will coach and motivate staff, ensure strong customer service, manage budgets, and maintain visual presentation. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience preferred, with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and financial skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate individuals and maintain an elevated store environment.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and profit performance, establish associate sales goals, and monitor budgets and results.

• Oversee visual presentation, loss prevention, and asset protection procedures.
• Coordinate with buying, allocation, and senior management teams to support merchandise and promotional strategies.
