Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to drive a customer-centered culture, operations, and results.
• Hire, develop and coach an effective retail team.
• Own store payroll, schedules, and sales targets.
• Lead with clear expectations, feedback, and empowerment.
