EssilorLuxottica's Sunglass Hut is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the sales floor, coach the team, and deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience. This on-the-floor leader drives the store's performance by embodying the brand, mentoring associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Based in a Savannah, GA location, you will develop strategies to meet financial targets, recruit and develop talent, and maintain all operational standards while maintaining a dynamic, inclusive store culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in all store operations.
• Detail-oriented; strong execution skills.
• Ability to use critical thinking for operations.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver sales plan.
• Develops the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to meet goals.
• Coaches, develops, mentors and inspires the team to enhance store performance.
• Networks, recruits, hires to staffing needs and trains using onboarding tools.
• Creates an inspirational environment reflecting the brand.
