Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and initiative.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze store reporting and drive results.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Define clear vision and strategy to prioritize a customer-centered culture.
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Own the store’s financial performance including payroll and schedules.
• Lead by example and empower the team.
• Use store reporting to improve metrics and run the business.
