A leading teen retailer in Pearland is seeking a Store Manager who will recruit, hire, train, and manage a sales team to meet store sales goals and maintain operational excellence. Candidates should have prior retail management experience, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week.

Responsabilités
