Qualifications

• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability, delivering a seamless customer experience across channels.

• Enforce policies on loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage team scheduling to ensure smooth store operations.
