Storage Asset Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales efforts and customer service at our self-storage facilities. You will drive inquiries into rentals, conduct engaging facility tours, and ensure top-tier presentation and maintenance across locations.

Ideal candidates bring a track record in sales and operations, willingness to work weekends, and the ability to mentor junior staff while executing marketing plans and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong sales focus with customer service excellence.
• Experience in management, leasing, retail, or operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and assist with property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours and upkeep.
• Execute daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies following guidelines.
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with sales skills.
