Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Full availability, including weekends
• Willingness to light maintenance and property upkeep

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into immediate storage rentals
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained facility and conduct daily inspections
• Execute marketing plans following guidelines
• Engage with local associations and community events to generate leads
• Mentor assistant managers with sales acumen
• Manage rent collections and keep transparent accounting records
