The position emphasizes strategic planning, budget control, and adherence to compliance, while delivering the company’s EDLP/EDLC model and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees.
• Experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
• Effective January 26, 2019 – associates will be required to complete trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Directs and develops management and hourly associates across facility operations, merchandising, and company initiatives.
• Drives sales and profit by managing budgets, expenses, pricing, and inventory in a high-volume retail environment.
• Oversees Academy training, store standards, and leadership meetings to foster a high-performance culture.
