Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in McLean, VA, responsible for leading the daily operations of the store and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, and performance management, while driving sales, monitoring key metrics, and aligning the team with brand standards. The Store Manager supervises visual merchandising, inventory management, and retail loss prevention practices to maintain a well-presented and secure store environment. Daily responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, resolving customer concerns, implementing promotional initiatives, and maintaining operational compliance with company policies. The Store Manager collaborates with regional leadership to meet business goals and uphold Lilly Pulitzer’s brand values.

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering a welcoming, brand-right experience.
• Proven Store Management capabilities, including day-to-day operations oversight, staff supervision, and performance coaching.
• Effective Communication skills to provide clear direction, feedback, and support to team members and to engage with customers and partners.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including shrink control, cash handling standards, and adherence to safety and security procedures.
• Prior retail management experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze store performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
