Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Meadville seeks an experienced Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and build community relationships. You will hire, coach, and develop top talent to sustain a high-performance sales and service team while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The role requires extensive tire product knowledge, basic automotive service know-how, and at least 3 years of management experience. A valid driver's license and MVR check are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services.
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
