Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Western Pennsylvania seeks a Service Manager to lead a high-performance team across Flynn's locations. You will review inspections, secure parts, assist customers, and manage parts inventory while driving store processes and ensuring quality.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel between Flynn's locations in the region to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to travel to Flynn's locations in the region.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exemplary customer service.
• Able to work independently and complete assignments on time.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Service Department personnel.
• Review vehicle inspections and present service estimates to customers.
• Secure parts required for repairs and manage inventory.
• Assist customers as needed and meet sales objectives.
• Drive store processes and ensure work quality and integrity.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing
