Job summary

Flynn's Tire Group is seeking an experienced Manager for our Akron location. You will lead store operations, drive sales, and build relationships with the community while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities include coaching a high-performance team, managing expenses and inventory, and delivering growth plans. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a compensation package with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services.
• Strong team leadership to direct and motivate sales.
• Ability to develop and implement a location growth plan.
• Proven track record of meeting production, quality, efficiency and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Ability to perform tire work including rotation, balancing and installation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.

• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Able to develop and implement a successful Business Growth Plan for location
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
